DV Talent agree to send recruiting companies CVs on the understanding that our 'list' system will be honoured. This system obliges the company to provide a list of names of potential candidates approached or about to be approached independently of DV Talent. Any names that are not on the list and are then forwarded by DV Talent are consequently considered as 'an introduction through DV Talent'. If companies continue to search independently for talent after DV Talent have sent CVs, then they are obliged to 'refresh' the list given to DV Talent before requesting further names from the agency.
Individuals agree not to pass on CVs to any other person other than those responsible for crewing the given project unless this has been specifically authorized by DV Talent.
Crewing companies also agree to keep DV Talent informed if they wish to employ an individual introduced to them through us and agree to keep us informed of any contract extensions or changes. The company also agrees that relevant information regarding payment for holidays not taken will be passed on to DV Talent should DV Talent request this as the contract nears its end.
